Skewered Lamb/Arní Souvlákia
Souvlákia kia is especially good when cooked the Greek way on an outdoor grill but is also delicious when broiled in the oven.You can vary this souvl kia recipe by alternating pieces of marinated meat with chunks of green pepper, onion, and tomato.
